Our Mission & Values

Happy Heart International (“Happy Heart”) was brought to life by Amy Wakely (“Amy” “She” “Her”) in October of 2023. Its inception tied with the inexorable mission of spreading love, peace, and healing throughout the world one heart at a time. Happy Heart is to be the catalyst for transformation in your life, to uncover and polish that beautiful spark within you, restoring the repressed beauty of your being to its full confident splendor, or warmly illuminating it where it’s never shone before. Our mission is dedicated to everybody, regardless of race, ethnicity, sexual preference or identity, religious practice, political affiliation, and background; as we are all created equal. You are welcomed at Happy Heart with acceptance, kindness and open arms. Among the inclusive and openhearted ideals of Happy Heart, other values we wave as a banner in this company are honesty, empathy, community, compassion, integrity, respect, family, fairness, excellence, courage, adaptability, and trust. Trust being the last to come, as it is a time-consuming ally hard-fought to claim, especially with a wounded heart. Happy Heart also holds the following beliefs core, deep and true: hopefulness prevails, people are inherently kind, unconditional love reigns, caring for your fellow man’s welfare, open mindedness, the spirit of generosity returns, good triumphs over bad, and a positive mindset coupled with an enthusiasm for life is the key to happiness. Happy Heart holds each one of these truths to be indispensable in the pursuit of making healing accessible to all as well as in our endeavors to illuminate the path of peace, love, and hope that you are meant to walk to live your most aspiring and fulfilling life.

Our Logo

The Happy Heart logo was designed and created by Amy Wakely as a modern piece of art in October 2023. Made from shapes and colors encounterable worldwide, Happy Heart’s logo is meant to be recognizable across cultures, as well as leave the door open for one’s unique, beautiful interpretation. Each element is symbolic and carries rich illustrations as to the aims of the business. The logo is comprised of two separate capital letter H’s, which are purposefully interconnected, imperfect, non-identical and composed of multiple colors. These two capital H’s not only represent the first letter of each word of the business name, but they also signify that we are all unique individuals who are beautiful and whole in our flaws. The two capital H’s are laid over each other to look like a tapestry and represent the interconnectedness we all have with one another. In addition, the logo design symbolizes a series of stitched wounds overlapping each other. Life experiences have caused each of us to be wounded and scarred. Through love and care, wounds heal over time; however, the scars become part of us and add to our intrinsic beauty. Also encoded on these lines are a spectrum of colors equally rich in meaning. The array of paints depicts the thrilling beauty derived from the melding of all kinds of people, thoughts, emotions, perspectives, and ideals that make up the dazzling rainbow that is the human being - all meeting together in the pursuit of healing. Though always up for personal and cultural interpretation, blue here represents the emotions of calmness, stability and reliability, deep water and vast body of emotions, as well as acknowledging sadness. Green represents the emotions of peace, tranquility, vibrancy, resilience, and hope for the future. It also indicates nature, renewal, abundance and the chakra of the heart. The brilliant yellow encompasses bold, bright and festive energies, as well as delight, joy, friendliness, optimism and happiness while at the same time, it can symbolize strength since it always shines the brightest despite however dark it may be. Orange depicts the fun loving and hard working attributes of excitement, confidence and creativity. The yellow and orange lines of the two H’s are drawn in an incline and are not drawn identical to each other. These lines represent that each of us are continually making positive progress on our own healing journey but are at different stages of our healing process. Finally, the red box in the center of the logo represents the human heart and ties the logo all together. The red box is located in the quadrant of the body where the human heart would be located if each capital H represented a person. Its familiar sanguine hue represents the underlying lifeforce rushing through us all and signifies health, courage, conviction, ferocity, determination, boldness, and a deep sense of groundedness. Within each of us, if we take a second to recognize the rivers of life flowing their crimson currents just under our skin, we are reminded of the rich emotional and profound permanent link shared between us all. This is all thanks to the life supporting organ beating resoundly in the chests of each and every one of us. Ultimately, the logo supports Amy Wakely’s company vision that clients are ensured a loving, peaceful, safe, supportive, nurturing, and judgment free environment.

Our Founder

Amy Wakely has walked a teeming and well traveled path. Hardly any stones left unturned in her ceaseless endeavor to bring warmth, joy, peace and light wherever she goes. Having grown up and lived all over the world from infancy through adulthood, she has made the world her friend. Although born in America, her life journey soon after birth started in Mexico followed by a childhood spent on the islands of Grenada, Barbados and St. Vincent located in the Caribbean West Indies. These early years instilled a true love for Caribbean and Latin American cultures. During her time on Grenada as a child, she was safely rescued by American Armed Forces during the Invasion of Grenada called Operation Urgent Fury in October 1983. Her life then brought her back to America where she would spend her childhood living and bouncing around various parts – from New York City to Boston to Viriginia and many New England towns in between creating a unique, varied life and a resilience at an early age. Always with a smile and positive attitude, she created friends wherever her head lay.

Amy Wakely started her passion and interest in health and wellness early in life, which led to her undergraduate studies at Boston College and earning a Bachelor of Science in Biology. After college, she stayed in Boston and continued on this health path by working full-time as a hospital administrator in downtown Boston hospitals and attending graduate school part-time at the same time. She attended Suffolk University and earned both a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Health Administration with concentrations in Health and Public Administration, Beta Gamma Sigma honors. During her graduate studies, she completed two separate Summer abroad programs. One abroad program brought her to study at The Institute of Public Administration in Dublin, Republic of Ireland and at Queen’s University in Belfast, Northern Ireland. While the other abroad program took her to the other side of the world for the first time to study at the International College of Chinese Studies, Shanghai Normal University in Shanghai, China. After earning her graduate degrees with highest honors, Amy Wakely went on to complete a Post-Graduate Administrative Fellowship in Healthcare Consulting with a healthcare consulting firm in downtown Chicago. Upon completion of her Administrative Fellowship, she was offered a permanent consultant position with the firm; however, her heart was calling her to go back into hospital administration. Amy Wakely continued her healthcare career as a hospital administrator in downtown Chicago.

Our Hope

Amy Wakely’s invigorating and fulfilling life one day came to a sudden, unexpected and dismal halt. Unknow at the time, Amy fell dreadfully and incapacitatingly ill with COVID just prior to the explosion of the COVID epidemic worldwide. Over the next three plus years, she faced a lot of turmoil over its unrelenting, atypical course. Using her innate intuitive gifts that she’s had since childhood, she turned more and more to Source and angels to help guide her through the darkness and unfamiliar daily path. Slowly, with her perseverance, inner strength, determination, strong willed nature, positive outlook, and belief in her healing and intuitive guidance, the miracle of good health returned. But, those rough years, put things into perspective for Amy, brought her to terms with things that she otherwise would have been moving too quickly to see and shone a light on what had been kept in shadow and illuminated who she is and what she’s meant to do. It allowed rich connection with the person she was, is, wants to be and feels happy being. With the time of reflection bestowed upon her, she’s seen the light at the end of the tunnel and chose to be born anew. Amy has achieved and endured a lot. And, after such matters, one comes out with wisdom. This is the emergence of Happy Heart.

Amy Wakely wants that inspiring renewal and path to be available and reach you too through Happy Heart. No matter what you come to her with, Amy will greet you with such unfettered warmth and compassion that you won’t be able to help but smile. Always there with listening ears, a kind smile and a warm heart, allow Amy to turn her grace and world season wisdom inward thus allowing her innate healing aptitude fill you up from the outside in until the light extends to the deepest corridor of your heart center and healing radiates throughout you bringing to you an unstifled, lighter, exuberant, confident and courageous heart ready to leap into whatever calls to it.
