Payment Policy

Happy Heart International requires all clients to pay a 50% deposit of scheduled session fee at time of booking and full payment of scheduled session fee by the time of scheduled session appointment. All deposits and booking fees on scheduled sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable. Happy Heart International does not offer discounts or preferential treatment on scheduled session fees and payments.

Happy Heart International offers Intuitive Health Consultation and Intuitive One-on-One Coaching sessions. All scheduled sessions are offered in one-hour increments only. All scheduled sessions are available for a one-time purchase. Happy Heart International accepts session fee payment via Stripe. Session payment methods are charged upon booking. Happy Heart International provides clients with a receipt for all payments received. All receipts are emailed to the client to the email address associated with the payment method.

Waitlist Policy

Happy Heart International values you as a client and your business. If the Happy Heart International scheduled session appointment calendar is completely booked and you would like to be added to our Waitlist, please email us at happyheartinternational@gmail.com.

Our Waitlist is first come, first served. If a session appointment time becomes available, you will be notified by email at the email address that you provided for the Waitlist. You will have 24-hours from the time and date stamp on the notification email to accept or decline the opportunity.

If you have not replied to the notification email and completed the new session appointment booking within 24-hours of the time and date stamp on the notification email, we will assume you have declined the opportunity and will offer the available session appointment to the next person on the Waitlist.

In any event, you will remain on the Waitlist until you are booked for a session or request to be removed from the Waitlist by written notice by email to Happy Heart International at email address, happyheartinternational@gmail.com.

Late Policy

Happy Heart International does not add extra time to a client’s scheduled session if the client arrives late past their scheduled session’s start time.

If a Happy Heart International client knows that they will be late to a scheduled session, want to keep their scheduled session time and acknowledge losing their full session time allotment, written late notice by email to Happy Heart International at the email address, happyheartinternational@gmail.com, is required prior to client’s scheduled session start time.

If a Happy Heart International client arrives more than ten (10) minutes past their scheduled session start time, the scheduled session is considered forfeited and the client’s advance payments for the session will be withheld as a forfeit fee. No refunds will be provided to the client for the forfeited session. Any future booked session made by the client will be treated as a new scheduled session with Happy Heart International.

Cancellation Policy

Happy Heart International requires all clients when cancelling their scheduled session appointment time to provide written notice by email to Happy Heart International at the email address, happyheartinternational@gmail.com, within 24-hours of their scheduled session appointment time.

Clients not providing Happy Heart International with written notice by email within 24-hours or are considered to be no-shows to their scheduled session appointment time will be charged the full scheduled session fee using the payment method provided at booking.

Happy Heart International does not make it normal business operation to cancel scheduled client appointments. However, should Happy Heart International need to reschedule your scheduled session appointment time with less than 24-hours notice, clients will receive written notification from Happy Heart International to their email address provided at booking. Clients will not be charged any fees and will receive priority rebooking or a full refund of their scheduled session fee if desired.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you visit the Website, we may collect basic information that does not identify individual users. The information may include the specific pages that are visited on the Site, the page that referred you to our Site, and some information about your browser and OS type. Once again, this information does not include any personally identifiable information.

Personally identifiable information such as email addresses, names, etc., will not be collected unless you willingly and voluntarily submit such information to us and that such information is being provided by a person thirteen (13) years of age or older (see the clause referencing CHILDREN below). When you purchase any of the Company’s products or services, only the information fields that you fill out are stored and sent to us.

As stated above, and as a general policy, no personally identifiable information is automatically collected from your visit to the Site. However, certain non-personal information is recorded by the standard operation of the Company’s internet servers. Information such as the type of browser being used, its operating system, and your IP address is gathered in order to enhance your online experience and to help us make this Website better. PAYMENT INFORMATION

The Company does not store any credit card information it may receive in regards to a specific transaction and/or billing arrangement except as necessary to complete and satisfy its rights and obligations about such transaction, billing arrangement, and/or as otherwise authorized by a user.

The Company uses payment processor Stripe and therefore does not have access to such information nor does it store any credit card or other payment information.

We use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, including payment information, and we do everything we can to protect user information offline.

At times, we include links to other websites on this Site. These third-party sites may request information from you. Be advised that in such instances, the collection and use of your personally identifiable information will be governed by the Privacy Policy in effect on that third-party site. We do not control the privacy statements, information, and links that may appear on other sites. CHILDREN

This Website is intended for persons eighteen (18) years of age or older. None of the information obtained by this Website falls within the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
